ABOUT Sandra

I've always had a passion for helping others and finding and fostering my clients' potential.

 

Growing up as a high-performance athelete, I experienced a lot of pressure to keep my athleticism.  After I had my child and being in a unsupportive environment, my health quickly declined and the weight piled on. I was very considered 'obese" by my physician and I realized it was because of not prioritizing my health and turning to comfort foods because of stress and depression, which lead to acquiring an eating disorder. I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it.

I did, however, have multiple ups and downs because I kept turning to fad diets and workouts. It wasn't until I accepted proper programming, consistency and choosing whole foods that my life and my physical appearance started to change. 

​

Learning about the benefits of female specific strength training and eating without restricting myself transformed my body.  I have more lean muscle, faster metabolism and less belly fat than I did as an athlete.

 

What I enjoy the most about my role as a health wellness coach is that my clients are getting massive results without endless hours of cardio and restrictive eating.
