With each personal training session, you will receive 1:1 attention and care. Starting from our first session, I will assess your movement to identify any areas of weakness and imbalance. We will then discuss your goals and set reasonable milestones for achievement.
During each session, you will be educated on proper form and movement, motivated to challenge yourself, and kept accountable. We will discuss proper movement patterns with an emphasis on mobility and range of motion. I draw from my experience in high-level competitive sports, injury rehab and female-specific training techniques. This allows me to approach your fitness goals in a 360-degree spectrum.
